RU4M Terms of Purchase
These Terms define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, and submitting complaints related to the products and services offered on these pages. The RU4M.com website may be used for private, non-commercial purposes, free of charge, and in accordance with the following terms and rules.
The seller is RU4M Ltd, and the buyer is any visitor to these pages who completes an electronic order, submits it to the seller, and makes payment by credit card.
ORDERING
The buyer orders a product or service via an electronic order form.
A buyer is considered any person who electronically orders at least one product or service, completes the required information, and confirms the order.
All prices are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT. All payments are processed in Serbian dinars (RSD), in accordance with the Conversion Statement set out in Section 2.
Products and services are ordered electronically by clicking on a specific product or service. A product or service is considered ordered at the moment the buyer selects and confirms the payment method.
1.1 Description of the Offered Services
RU4M Ltd provides digital services that enable users (event organizers) to publish, manage, and promote events on the RU4M.com platform. Buyers who purchase access to an event receive non-transferable, time-limited digital access to that event, as described on the event page. No physical goods are sold or delivered.
PAYMENT
Ordered products or services are paid online using the following payment cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Diners, or Discover.
2.1 Conversion Statement
All payments are made in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount charged to the buyer’s credit card account is based on the price expressed in RSD. When the card is charged, the amount may be displayed in the user’s local currency in accordance with the exchange rate of the card associations, which may result in minor differences compared to the amount displayed on the website.
2.2 Protection of Confidential Transaction Data
When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI systems, which represent the most advanced cryptographic technologies currently available.
The security of data during the purchase process is guaranteed by the payment card processor. At no point are payment card details available to our system.
2.3 Unauthorized Transactions
If the buyer notices an unauthorized transaction on their credit card related to a purchase on RU4M.com, they must immediately report it to their card issuer. RU4M Ltd does not store card data and cannot independently initiate charges, but will assist in verifying and resolving the disputed transaction.
DELIVERY
Since RU4M Ltd provides digital services and access to events, no physical delivery is performed. After successful and confirmed payment, the buyer receives a confirmation email containing event details and, where applicable, access information.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and availability of the email address provided during purchase. If the confirmation email does not arrive within a reasonable time, the buyer must notify RU4M Ltd.
RU4M Ltd is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, firewalls, or delays caused by third parties. Delivery is considered completed at the moment the confirmation email is sent.
3.1 Delivery Confirmation
Following successful payment and provision of digital access, RU4M Ltd provides the buyer with an electronic confirmation as proof of service delivery.
COMPLAINTS
RU4M Ltd undertakes to provide access to the event in accordance with the description at the time of purchase.
4.1 Access Issues
If the buyer is unable to access the event due to a technical issue on the side of RU4M Ltd, they must immediately contact customer support.
4.2 Technical Issues
RU4M Ltd will take all necessary measures to restore access without additional costs. RU4M Ltd is not responsible for issues caused by the buyer’s device, internet connection, or third-party tools.
4.3 Event Content
Event information corresponds to the published description. Visual representations may not always fully reflect the event format and do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
4.4 Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are not provided in the event that the organizer cancels the event. Unless otherwise stated by the organizer, the buyer is not entitled to a refund once access has been granted, except in cases where RU4M Ltd is unable to provide access due to a system error.
In the event of a refund to a buyer who previously paid using a payment card, whether partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, RU4M is obligated to process the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods, meaning that the bank will execute the refund to the cardholder’s account at the request of the seller.
4.5 Liability
RU4M Ltd is solely responsible for the operation of the platform and the delivery of digital confirmation.
4.6 Buyer Obligations
The buyer is required to provide accurate information, ensure appropriate equipment and internet access, and follow the provided instructions.

RU4M Uslovi i pravila kupovine
Ovi Uslovi definišu postupak poručivanja, plaćanja, isporuke i podnošenja reklamacija u vezi sa proizvodima i uslugama ponuđenim na ovim stranicama. Veb-sajt RU4M.com može se koristiti u privatne, nekomercijalne svrhe, bez naknade za korišćenje, i u skladu sa sledećim uslovima i pravilima.
Prodavac je RU4M d.o.o., a kupac je svaki posetilac ovih stranica koji izvrši elektronsku porudžbinu, pošalje je prodavcu i izvrši plaćanje kreditnom karticom.
PORUČIVANJE
Kupac poručuje proizvod ili uslugu putem elektronskog obrasca za poručivanje.
Kupcem se smatra svako lice koje elektronski poruči najmanje jedan proizvod ili uslugu, popuni obavezne podatke i potvrdi porudžbinu.
Sve cene su izražene u srpskim dinarima (RSD) i uključuju PDV. Sva plaćanja se obrađuju u srpskim dinarima (RSD), u skladu sa Izjavom o konverziji navedenom u tački 2.
Proizvodi i usluge se poručuju elektronski klikom na određeni proizvod ili uslugu. Smatra se da je proizvod ili usluga poručena u trenutku kada kupac izabere i potvrdi način plaćanja.
1.1 Opis ponuđenih usluga
RU4M d.o.o. pruža digitalne usluge koje omogućavaju korisnicima (organizatorima događaja) da objavljuju, upravljaju i promovišu događaje na platformi RU4M.com. Kupci koji kupe pristup događaju dobijaju neprenosiv, vremenski ograničen digitalni pristup tom događaju, u skladu sa opisom na stranici događaja. Fizička roba se ne prodaje niti isporučuje.
PLAĆANJE
Poručeni proizvodi ili usluge plaćaju se putem interneta korišćenjem sledećih platnih kartica: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Diners ili Discover.
2.1 Izjava o konverziji
Sva plaćanja se vrše u srpskoj valuti – dinar (RSD). Iznos kojim će račun kreditne kartice kupca biti zadužen formira se na osnovu cene izražene u RSD. Prilikom zaduženja kartice, iznos može biti prikazan u lokalnoj valuti korisnika u skladu sa kursom kartičnih organizacija, što može dovesti do manjih odstupanja u odnosu na iznos prikazan na veb-sajtu.
2.2 Zaštita poverljivih podataka o transakcijama
Prilikom unošenja podataka o platnoj kartici, poverljive informacija se prenose putem javne mreže u zaštićenoj (kriptovanoj) formi upotrebom SSL protokola i PKI sistema, kao trenutno najsavremenije kriptografske tehnologije.
Sigurnost podataka prilikom kupovine, garantuje procesor platnih kartica. Niti jednog trenutka podaci o platnoj kartici nisu dostupni našem sistemu.
2.3 Neovlašćene transakcije
Ukoliko kupac primeti neovlašćenu transakciju na svojoj kreditnoj kartici u vezi sa kupovinom na RU4M.com, dužan je da to odmah prijavi izdavaocu kartice. RU4M d.o.o. ne čuva podatke o karticama i ne može samostalno inicirati naplatu, ali će pružiti podršku u proveri i rešavanju sporne transakcije.
ISPORUKA
S obzirom na to da RU4M d.o.o. pruža digitalne usluge i pristup događajima, fizička isporuka se ne vrši. Nakon uspešno izvršene i potvrđene uplate, kupac dobija potvrdni e-mail sa detaljima događaja i, ukoliko je primenljivo, podacima za pristup.
Kupac je odgovoran za tačnost i dostupnost e-mail adrese unete tokom kupovine. Ukoliko potvrdni e-mail ne stigne u razumnom roku, kupac je dužan da o tome obavesti RU4M d.o.o.
RU4M d.o.o. ne snosi odgovornost za probleme izazvane netačnim e-mail adresama, spam filterima, firewall-ovima ili kašnjenjima trećih strana. Smatra se da je isporuka izvršena u trenutku slanja potvrdnog e-maila.
3.1 Potvrda isporuke
Nakon uspešne uplate i omogućavanja digitalnog pristupa, RU4M d.o.o. dostavlja kupcu elektronsku potvrdu kao dokaz o izvršenoj isporuci usluge.
REKLAMACIJE
RU4M d.o.o. se obavezuje da obezbedi pristup događaju u skladu sa opisom u trenutku kupovine.
4.1 Problemi sa pristupom
Ukoliko kupac ne može da pristupi događaju zbog tehničkog problema na strani RU4M d.o.o., dužan je da to odmah prijavi korisničkoj podršci.
4.2 Tehnički problemi
RU4M d.o.o. će preduzeti sve neophodne mere kako bi se pristup ponovo omogućio bez dodatnih troškova. Ne odgovaramo za probleme nastale zbog uređaja kupca, internet konekcije ili alata trećih strana.
4.3 Sadržaj događaja
Informacije o događajima odgovaraju objavljenim opisima. Vizuelni prikazi ne moraju uvek u potpunosti odražavati format događaja i ne predstavljaju osnov za reklamaciju.
4.4 Otkazivanja i povraćaj sredstava
Povraćaj sredstava se ne vrši u slučaju da organizator otkaže događaj. Osim ako organizator ne navede drugačije, kupac nema pravo na povraćaj sredstava nakon što mu je omogućen pristup, osim u slučaju kada RU4M d.o.o. ne može da obezbedi pristup zbog sistemske greške.
U slučaju povraćaja sredstava kupcu koji je prethodno platio nekom od platnih kartica, delimično ili u celosti, a bez obzira na razlog vraćanja, RU4M je u obavezi da povraćaj vrši isključivo preko VISA, EC/MC i Maestro metoda plaćanja, što znači da će banka na zahtev prodavca obaviti povraćaj sredstava na račun korisnika kartice.
4.5 Odgovornost
RU4M d.o.o. odgovara isključivo za funkcionisanje platforme i isporuku digitalne potvrde.
4.6 Obaveze kupca
Kupac je dužan da obezbedi tačne podatke, odgovarajuću opremu i internet konekciju i da se pridržava dobijenih uputstava.

Sva autorska prava zadržava RU4M d.o.o. Zabranjeno je neovlašćeno umnožavanje, distribucija ili javno emitovanje sadržaja.
OPŠTE ODREDBE
RU4M d.o.o. zadržava pravo izmene ovih Uslova i pravila. Kupac snosi odgovornost za tačnost unetih podataka i troškove internet pristupa.
