Terms of Purchase

RU4M Terms of Purchase

These Terms define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, and complaints regarding the products offered on these pages. The RU4M.com website may be used for your private, non-commercial use without any usage fees, and in accordance with the following terms and rules.

The seller is RU4M d.o.o., and the buyer is any visitor of these pages who completes an electronic order, sends it to the seller, and makes payment by credit card.

ORDERING

The buyer orders a product or products via the electronic order form.

A buyer is considered any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information, and submits the order.

All prices are expressed in EUROS (EUR) including VAT. All payments will ultimately be processed in Serbian Dinars (RSD), in accordance with the Conversion Statement provided in Section 2.

Products are ordered electronically by clicking on a specific product. A product is considered ordered at the moment when the buyer selects and confirms the method of payment.

1.1 Description of the Offered Services

RU4M d.o.o. provides digital services enabling users (event organizers) to publish, manage, and promote events on the RU4M.com platform. Buyers who purchase access to an event receive non-transferable, time-limited digital access to that event, as described on its event page. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

PAYMENT

Ordered products or services are paid online using one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Diners or Discover.

2.1 Conversion Statement

All payments will be performed in Serbian currency (RSD). The amount charged to your credit card will be converted from Euro (EUR) to Serbian Dinar (RSD), based on the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When your credit card is charged, the conversion into your local currency will be carried out by the credit card association based on their exchange rate. Due to these conversions, a slight difference between the final charged amount and the price displayed on our website may occur.

2.2 Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

Confidentiality of your information is protected through the use of the latest TLS encryption. Payment pages are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL ensures secure data transmission and prevents unauthorized access during communication between the user and the Monri WebPay Payment Gateway.

Monri WebPay and financial institutions exchange data via a protected virtual private network (VPN). Monri Payments is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by RU4M d.o.o. and are not accessible to unauthorized personnel.

2.3 Unauthorized Transactions

If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your credit card related to a purchase on RU4M.com, you must immediately report it to your card issuer. RU4M d.o.o. does not store card data and cannot initiate charges independently. We will assist the buyer and the payment processor in verifying the transaction and, where applicable, resolving the issue.

DELIVERY

Since RU4M d.o.o. provides access to events rather than physical products, no physical delivery is performed. Once the payment for an event is successfully processed and confirmed, the buyer receives a confirmation email containing the event details and, where applicable, the access information required for participation.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during the purchase process is valid and accessible. If the buyer does not receive the confirmation email within the expected timeframe, they must notify RU4M d.o.o. so that the confirmation may be re-sent or alternative access arrangements provided.

RU4M d.o.o. is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or inactive email addresses, email filters or firewalls, or delays caused by third-party email providers. Once the confirmation email has been successfully sent, RU4M d.o.o. is considered to have fulfilled its delivery obligation.

3.1 Delivery Confirmation for Provided Services

Following successful payment and provision of digital access, RU4M d.o.o. will issue a digital delivery confirmation, which will be sent to the buyer via email as proof that the purchased service has been delivered.

COMPLAINTS

RU4M d.o.o. undertakes to provide access to the event exactly as described at the time of purchase and publishing.

4.1 Event Access Issues

If the buyer cannot access the event due to a technical issue on the side of RU4M d.o.o., the buyer must notify customer support as soon as possible. RU4M d.o.o. will resolve the issue by resending the confirmation email, restoring access, or providing alternative instructions for joining the event.

4.2 Technical Problems

If the buyer cannot access the event due to technical issues caused by RU4M d.o.o., all necessary steps will be taken to restore access without additional cost. RU4M d.o.o. is not responsible for issues caused by the buyer’s device, internet connection, or third-party tools.

4.3 Event Content and Descriptions

RU4M d.o.o. ensures that event information corresponds to what is provided. Images or visual representations may not always reflect the event format and cannot be the sole basis for complaints.

4.4 Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are not provided in the event that the organizer cancels the event. Unless otherwise specified by the event organizer, the buyer is not entitled to a refund once access has been granted, except in cases where RU4M d.o.o. fails to provide access due to a system error that cannot be resolved.

4.5 Responsibility

RU4M d.o.o. is responsible only for the functioning of the platform and delivery of digital confirmation. It is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect buyer information, filtered emails, device issues, internet failures, or third-party communication tools.

4.6 Buyer Obligations

The buyer must provide accurate information, maintain compatible devices and internet access, and follow provided instructions. Failure to do so does not constitute grounds for complaint.

4.7 Complaint Policy and Contact Information

Complaints regarding payment, access issues, or service delivery may be submitted to support@ru4m.com or office@ru4m.com. RU4M d.o.o. will respond within the legally required timeframe and provide instructions for resolving the complaint.

All rights of the publisher and copyright holder to recorded and printed material are reserved. The publisher is RU4M d.o.o. Buyers agree not to reproduce, broadcast, sell, or distribute the seller’s products without authorization.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

RU4M d.o.o. reserves the right to change these Terms and Rules.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information provided during purchase. RU4M d.o.o. is not responsible for any costs related to computer equipment or internet access.
